How fast can I go live with PAY9INDIA?

Our typical go-live is 30 days from contract signature — discovery, site survey, sponsor-bank tie-up, kiosk install and soft launch. APIs can be sandbox-live in 24 hours.

Which banks are PAY9INDIA tied up with?

We're tied up with ICICI Bank, SBI, Bank of Baroda, Axis, Kotak, IndusInd, Yes Bank and 14 RRBs as sponsor banks across UPI, AEPS and BBPS rails.

What are the commercials for a kiosk partner?

Kiosk operators typically earn ₹15-40k/month in transaction commissions per kiosk. We provide the hardware on a refundable security deposit and own the upkeep + spares.

Is PAY9INDIA certified and compliant?

Yes — we're an NPCI BBPS BOU, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II compliant.

Do you support cross-border payments?

Currently inbound only — UPI International for NRIs and remittances via partner banks. Outbound cross-border is on the FY26-27 roadmap.

What's your service-level agreement on uptime?

99.99% API uptime contractually, with credits for breaches. Kiosk network uptime is tracked per device and surfaced on your dashboard in real time.
