These Terms govern your use of the PAY9INDIA portal, kiosks, POS and Micro-ATM devices, agent wallet and APIs. By registering for or using any PAY9INDIA service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
After completing registration, Agents may use the services available on the Portal. Agents deposit an initial amount into a designated PAY9INDIA account; this balance is reflected in a virtual wallet shown on the Portal.
An Agent may deliver services to customers on a cash basis up to the amount available in the wallet. For each transaction, PAY9INDIA deducts the applicable amount from the wallet and remits the agreed amount to the relevant service provider after verification.
PAY9INDIA reserves the right to change service rates at its sole discretion, and to modify, withdraw or improve the Portal and services at any time without prior notice. Availability information is indicative and not a binding offer.
Agents may top up the wallet using the options available on the Portal, including direct bank transfer and online debit/credit/net-banking through payment gateways. Gateway charges, as published from time to time, will apply.
Wallet balances are not refundable. If an Agent does not use the service for a continuous period of two years, the remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
The Portal and all materials on it — text, design, layout, graphics, logos, images, audio, video and software — are owned by PAY9INDIA or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit or distribute any material from the Portal without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. PAY9INDIA does not warrant the availability, accuracy, reliability or completeness of the Portal or services, and is not responsible for issues caused by data transmission, hardware, operating systems, or third-party applications not provided by us.
The Portal may contain links to third-party websites or content that are not under our control; we are not responsible for that content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAY9INDIA's liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed ₹10,000 in respect of any one incident or series of incidents arising from the same cause.
PAY9INDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business. These limits do not apply to liability arising from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where prohibited by mandatory law.
You agree to indemnify and hold PAY9INDIA, its licensors and affiliates harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Portal.
Personal data collected through the Portal is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Agents load their Business Correspondent wallet only from their own bank accounts or by self-deposit, via QR, payment gateway, virtual account, cash deposit, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, POS, Micro-ATM or AEPS into the PAY9INDIA corporate BC account.
The Agent is responsible for any disputed transaction belonging to their business wallet and accepts legal responsibility as a Business Correspondent.
Agents must remain aware of and comply with KYC, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) and obligations under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and, where applicable, FEMA for overseas remittances.
Agents are responsible for GST, income tax and other applicable taxes on their share of commission. PAY9INDIA is liable for taxes on its own share and will deduct TDS or other withholding taxes only where it pays commission to the Agent.
By using PAY9INDIA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
